Job Description:
Responsibilities
?Manages and system administers project and portfolio management tools (SharePoint, portfolio, etc)
?Develops and enhances program/project and portfolio reports, metrics, dashboards
?Develops and implements portfolio audit process to ensure data integrity and best practices
?Develops, supports and enhances program/project management methodology, templates and tools
?Develops, supports and enhances program/project management standards, processes and policies
? Collaborates in the development and implementation of program/project management training
?Develops, manages, and leads implementation of best practice reviews
?Develops, performs and reports on project auditing
? Provides program/project planning support to Project Managers
? Assists Project Managers in project recovery as necessary
? Assists Sr. Manager in the coordination of the Portfolio Review meetings

Requirements:
Must have:
?Analytical skills. Ability to dive into details of data and pull out observations that tell a story.
?Visual graphing skills required. Excel / Power point graph making ability required. Plus if candidate can use Adobe to make outstandingly beautiful and telling graphs about portfolio data
?Excel skills required. VBA/ Macro development skills a plus
