One of our fortune financial client is looking for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant. This is a contract assignment for 6-9 months in Norwalk CT.

-Candidate must be detail-oriented, exude great time management skills, and be comfortable working with repetitive tasks.
-Provides support to attorneys.
-Under the direction of an attorney, resolves routine legal issues.
-May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
-Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

-Technical skills- Intermediate level of MS Office skills, specifically with MS Excel: creating new spreadsheets, manipulating formulas, etc.
-REQUIRES experience in PDF Writer as the individual will need to pull documents and update them.
-Prefers background as a paralegal or legal auditor: familiarity with legal terminology and practices.
