Job Description:
Major Client of Our is looking for a Program Manager at their Alpharetta, GA location. This is a contact assignment for 10 months.
To provide program management oversight to strategic financial services clients.
-The responsibilities of this position will include staffing oversight, detailed project planning and performance management.
Complete Description:
-The Program Manager will lead an initial discovery team targeting the definition of project parameters and validation of staffing assumptions.
-The Program Manager will recruit and mentor a team of business analysts responsible for the migration of the bank's corporate clients to a go-forward infrastructure platform.
-The Program Manager will serve as the single point of contact and own the performance of staff.
-The Program Manager will seek new opportunities within the bank and liaise with cross-functional teams to grow additional revenue.
Skills:
-Program and/or Project Management-Required Proven track record managing enterprise accounts-Required
-Ability to lead and effectively collaborate with diverse cross functional teams-Required
-Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills-Required
-Demonstrated experience with PC office tools..MS Project, Excel,
-PowerPoint-Required
-Previous financial services experience-Highly desired
-Previous B2B e-commerce implementation experience-Highly desired
-Previous customer / system migration experience-Desired
-Understanding of relational data& system integration models-Nice to have
