Job Description:
Our major pharmaceutical client is looking for a Recruiter for a 3+ month position in East Hanover, NJ.

** Client is looking for someone with Strong Corporate recruiting background and not Agency recruiting experience. **

Position Description:
Position could go full-time.
Sourcing, recruiting, screening candidates for Global environment. Direct contact with Line Managers and upper level management. Conduct hiring meetings. Interview & make offers. Will work closely with HR Generalists and Global Staffing Lead.
Will be responsible for recruiting on Director level, Management and Clinical positions for the Immunology, Infectious Disease and Drug Regulatory groups

Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree required. HR preferred
- 5-7 years experience in recruiting.
-Prior experience in a Large Blue Chip Corporate environment.
-Prior Pharma experience a preferred but not required.
-Full Life Cycel recruiting experience required.
Fast paced environment.
Good relationship skills, communication skills and computer skills a must.
Knowledge of Brassring and PeopleSoft preferred or other applicant tracking software. Good excel skills.
