Job Description: We are looking for a SR SAP EEM Consultant with expertise in travel management, travel planning and workflow modules
Role:
* The individual will be responsible for providing production support within the STS Functional area, specializing in the Employee Expense Management solution. * In this role, the individual will communicate and coordinate with users, the help desk and the production support team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues encountered with modules within the specific SAP area. * The individual must have hands on configuration experience coupled w/ technical knowledge in the Employee Expense Management solution. Areas of expertise may include: travel management, travel planning and workflow. * The individual will be expected to communicate to the Hiring Manager on an ongoing basis their status and issues in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities:
* Communicate and collaborate with the functional project manager, help desk, production support team and users to support the production support requirements for the specified area. * Adhere to clients production standards in identifying, reporting, resolving and finalizing updates. * Work as directed by the functional project manager on system issues and updates
SAP-Specific Information: Level of Expertise: very good Releases: ECC 6.0 Modules: EEM
Other Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years experience in business and/or functional departments is required with a minimum of 3 years of SAP EEM implementation experience is required. * Strong oral, written and presentation skills are required. * Must have the ability to analyze complex business processes of all kinds, including multi-divisional. Solutions require fact finding, creativity, and potentially multiple recommendations.
