Job Description:
Client is seeking an individual to participate as a team member within the SAP QM Center of Expertise. This individual will assist in the design, development, configuration, deployment and support of a corporate standard SAP/QM system for the clients NAFTA manufacturing sites. This will include the evaluation of current Thermo and LabVantage LIMS system and the migration of these systems to SAP/QM. The position requires some travel and is based out of the Rockaway, NJ site.
Required Skills
BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering, or MBA in Information Systems or Manufacturing
5 years of relevant experience in SAP/QM, QM integration with Batch Management, System Design, Development, Testing and Implementation.
Knowledge in the operation of chemical laboratories, SAP/QM(4.7 release), LIMS, MES, MIS, NWA, and other process automation applications.
Proficient in UNIX, WINDOWS NT, Oracle DB, Oracle AS, Oracle Form/Reports 6i, Crystal Reports, JAVA, IIS, ASP, XML, MS office products & all windows PC OS and Networks.
Strong project management experience.
Excellent organizational & people management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Desired Skills
Familiarity with CMM Level 3 process, OSHA regulations, ISO/QS 9000 certification & Six Sigma process and FDA regulations.
