Job Description:
Looking for a SR SAP QM candidate with 10+ years of SAP experience and in-depth knowledge of the capabilities w/in the assigned area * SAP QM Module. Deep dive SAP QM Module /ECM/ Batch Management configuration skills are MUST.
The individual will be responsible for providing production support within the SCM Functional area, specializing in the QM solution.
In this role, the individual will communicate and coordinate with users, the help desk and the production support team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues encountered with modules within the specific SAP area.
The incumbent will be responsible for the translation of new business requirements into technical design of the global SAP template. In this role you will support the design and configuration of SCM *QM solution set, execute testing and write technical documentation. Successful candidate is also responsible for deploying a system that meets the business strategy across functional teams. In this role, you will communicate and coordinate with business management, project executives and team leads to insure appropriate integration of processes and modules across organization.
The incumbent must have hands on configuration experience coupled w/ technical knowledge in the SAP-QM Module. Areas of expertise may include: MH-IM/WM, ECM Functionality, PP-PI and Interfacing with Legacy QM Systems such as QC Main, LIMS and others.
The individual will be expected to communicate to the Hiring Manager on an ongoing basis their status and issues in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities:
* Communicate and collaborate with the functional project manager, and/or division heads of assigned area, in an effort to support the business needs of the company.
* Review and approve resolution to system deviations.
* Review and approve supporting documentation of end-user requests for reports, changes in functionality, enhancements, reorganizations and changes in master data.
* Work closely with training lead to review and approve curricula, courses and lessons and reviews and provides input to proposed training schedule.
* Work as directed by the functional project manager on system issues and updates
Other Qualifications:
* Bachelor's of Science (BS) is required
* SAP knowledge must be highly focused, possessing in-depth knowledge of the capabilities w/in the assigned area * SAP QM Module .Deep dive SAP QM Module /ECM/ Batch Management configuration skills are MUST.
* Experience in the design, configuration, implementation, and integration of manufacturing or supply chain systems.
* Specific SAP Integration Qualifications and Experience: QM certification and/ or extensive experience.
* SAP ABAP programming experience will be a plus;
* Ability to Interface SAP QM Module with other Legacy systems such as LIMS and Sample Manager.
* Ability to interface SAP QM Module with other SAP Functional areas such as PP-PI/IM/WM and FI Modules
* Minimum of 4 years of SAP implementation experience from design to test is required. A minimum of two full Life Cycle Implementations with emphasis as Subject Matter Expert in SAP-QM Area
* Five (5) years or more years of experience in the Life Science industry.
* QM certification or extensive experience
* Experience with MM related to material movements that include consumptions and receipts.
* Batch Management, Class Characteristics and Classification experience is a MUST.
* Experience with Inspection Plans, Material Usage decisions, stock Postings, Digital Signatures required.
* Business Process of creating QM notifications along with Work Flow.
* Experience in FDA regulated environment(s) will be a plus.
