? The associate scientist position will be primarily responsible for working on various aspects of generating human antibody libraries using state of the art technologies.
? The successful candidate should have a solid theoretical and experimental background in molecular biology, meticulous bench-work and record-keeping skills, and be able to apply his or her technical expertise to our antibody discovery programs.

Requirements

? The position requires a BS with a minimum of 1-5 years of laboratory research experience in academia or industry.
? The successful candidate will have extensive working knowledge of DNA cloning including PCR, agarose gel electrophoresis, DNA-PAGE, sequence analysis and other standard molecular biology techniques such as ELISA and immunoblots.
Previous experience with antibody library construction and characterization, antibody display technologies and automation is a plus.
? An ability to follow detailed scientific protocols with meticulous scientific record keeping is required.
? The candidate must be highly motivated, demonstrate productivity in a dynamic and collaborative environment, thrive within a team, be able to communicate scientific information effectively, and be open to learning new skills.
