Job Description:
Sunrise Systems, Inc., a well respected, growing, Information Technology Consulting Firm has excellent opportunities with tremendous growth potential for motivated, Senior Technical Recruiters/ Resource Managers in the New Jersey/New York Metropolitan Area.
You must have at least 3-5 years of prior experience in recruiting IT Resources for Consulting Engagements and Managing Client Relationships at Fortune 1000 and Mid-Tier companies in a competitive marketplace.
* You must have proven experience and success in identifying, screening, recruiting and submitting IT consultants such as Project Managers, Architects, Technical Leads, DBAs, Systems Administrators, Developers, Functional/Technical Experts, etc. for consulting engagements in diverse technologies and industries
* You must demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the Recruiting Process and Proven Track Record in recruiting candidates using job boards, networking, qualified vendors and other sources in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
* You must have experience in Growing and Servicing Client Accounts in IT Consulting
* You must have experience recruiting effectively for engagements with Direct Clients as well as with VMS/MSP Accounts
* You must be Self-Motivated, Results-Oriented, Adaptive and Committed to reaching Goals while maintaining a Positive Attitude
* You must Maintain Professionalism at all times and be a Team Player
* You must possess strong People Skills, negotiating and closing abilities, and excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills for your continued success and growth
* You must have a proven track record of Advancement, Promotions, and meeting/ exceeding Expectations
* Must have prior earnings of at least 70K plus per year
