Job Description:
Performs and leads processes related to testing activities for new software development systems and applications
* Responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications
* Serves as a mentor to lower level testing analysts and may provide work direction to others in project team(s)
* Knowledge of the software testing discipline and its integration with software development life cycle
* Ability to track and develop metrics for testing

Requirements:
Experience implementing testing processes/methodology in large, complex, diversified, global organizations
* Experience with all types of major system development and deployment projects, especially using COTS solutions
* Experience with Facilitation, Test Automation, Performance testing, Data driven testing, IT Strucured Software Testing, TestDirector, QTP, Testing Specialized, Load Runner, Performance center with Web Services experience, Able to interpret requirement documents and able to update test documents accordingly
* Bachelor of Science degree
