POSITION OVERVIEW:

The person will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll.

· Prepare monthly finance statements

· Maintenance of required schedules

· Ensure timely processing of company billing and payables.

· Reports directly to the CFO



Job Requirements

· Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Master?s preferred

· CPA preferred

· Knowledge of billing and accounting systems, preferably Accumedic and Fund-EZ

· Working knowledge of Medicaid billing

· Working knowledge of OPWDD billing regulations.

· Able to work independently

· Supervisory experience preferred

· 5 years experience as an Assistant Controller or equivalent, preferably in an OPWDD setting.
