Large financial services firm is looking for an analyst to provide support to customers inquiring about transactions. Candidates will assist customers with online banking problems (resetting passwords, gaining access to statements and paying bills on line). Will also assist in minor technical computer issues. Experience Level: 2 Years Requirements: Must have strong financial services exp w/ a particular focus with online banking (bill pay, statements, passwords). Must also be fluent in Spanish & some help desk experience.

Location: Jersey City NJ Duration: 6 - 9 months Pay Rate: $14-17/hr
