If you are an experienced Project Manager with agency experience who is looking to take their career to the next level, Access has the position you?ve been waiting for. We need a senior-level candidate with a strong technology background for a long term freelance position with a New York advertising agency. The ideal candidate will have seven to ten years of experience as a technical Project Manager, with complete knowledge of MS Project. Experience managing budgets and with online application development is also key; the work will be exclusively pharmaceutical, and a history in that industry is preferable but not required. If there is a good fit, there is the potential for permanent placement. You will be working on-site in Manhattan; rate will be determined based on individual experience.

- Must have a background in technology.
- Complete knowledge of MS Project; MS Project Server preferred but not required.
- Must be experienced in managing budgets.
- Must be experienced with online application development.
- Pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
