Senior Multimedia Developer Top Secret SCI Full Scope Polygraph
Design Staffing, LLC has immediate requirements for Senior Multimedia Developers with TS SCI Full Scope Polygraph for a strategic communications company. The Sr Multimedia Developer will develop, deploy, and support content-driven, media-rich web sites and applications. Ideal candidates will have both an analytical and creative skill-set. Multimedia developers will participate in full-lifecycle development of project assets, including well-crafted User Experiences that maintain design integrity, robust business logic and data modeling, and reusable code/components/processes that support future development efforts.
We are seeking full-time permanent candidate.

Candidates will possess the following qualifications:
Exceptionally demonstrated history of RIA development using the Flash platform (Flash/Flex/AIR) with ActionScript 3.0
Strong understanding of and adherence to OOP principles and practices
5?8+ years of experience web production technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, cross-browser compatibility and DOM scripting)
Expertise building robust, re-usable media players
Experience utilizing web services to maintain data-driven content
Experience with pattern-focused frameworks, such as Swiz, RobotLegs, Mate
Experience with software design patterns & application architecture patterns
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, media applications, gaming
Ability to write cohesive UML diagrams and functional requirements documents
Experience integrating designer assets into projects with the ability to use Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Fireworks
Ability to work as a part of a highly skilled, multi-faceted team including other developers, designers, and management with a proclivity for team-oriented practices
Natural problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to clearly communicate concrete and abstract concepts and processes
Strong understanding of and adherence to OOP principles and practices
Knowledge of and experience with software design patterns & application architecture patterns
Knowledge of and experience with pattern-focused frameworks (ASP.NET MVC, Swiz RobotLegs, Mate)
Additional consideration will be given to candidates also possessing:
Experience with OSMF, Flash Media Server and Flash Remoting
2?3+ years of experience middle-tier development using ASP.NET (C#), Java, and/or PHP, including web service development
1?2+ years of experience with relational database development
Game development experience
HTML5 / mobile development experience (native or web)
Knowledge of mapping API?s
Audio/video production and encoding skills
Experience with CMS or LMS systems
Experience working in JIRA
