Job Description:
Territory Marketing Manager:
Our Territory Marketing Managers are responsible for the market share growth of our warranty program to homebuilders in their designated markets. They will be responsible for all sales & marketing activities, with excellent income growth potential by means of residual annual commissions. Very attractive benefits package including medical, dental, vision coverage, and profit sharing/retirement plan.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify prime customer targets (new home builders), present our program and close new business.
Develop & Implement a strategic sales plan.
Regularly prospecting & cold calling for new lead generation.
Develop & Execute effective sales presentations to prospective customers.
Maintain Organizations computerized sales management database for prospects & activity.
Regional travel is necessary.

Desired Candidate Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 2 years sales experience, including proficiency in prospecting, cold calling and closing.
Excellent oral & written communication skills.
A goal oriented, self motivated individual with a positive attitude
Occasional travel. The territory for the will include the Atlanta area. The Territory Rep can be located anywhere in Atlanta location. They do need to have or will need to obtain a property & casualty insurance or real estate license for the state of GA. A flat $750 monthly reimbursement for automobile expense is part of the package. They will be working from their home utilizing a company provided laptop and internet phone. They will need a high speed internet connection in their home office.
The Sales Manager will be reimbursed for all approved business expenses which would include necessary travel.

Salary 50k
Addl Comp: 10 to 30k
