Job Description:
Outside sales Fast paced, upbeat environment. Sell pest control services to businesses in Montgomery County. True blue commercial sales, calling on property management, shopping centers and malls, corporate office complexes, hospitals, universities, some government organizations. Hunters only you will spent most of your time in front of your customers; some leads will be provided, some accounts will be provided (this is an existing, active territory) and some appointments will be set for you, but they expect you to get out there and dig for business. Once the sale is made, the technical staff takes over you will not provide any technical support. You will spend the first month learning the business from the inside out everything from how to handle a sales call (including how to overcome objections and how to close a deal) to the technical side of their business. The ideal candidate will be someone with either a hunger for learning how to succeed in outside sales or someone with previous outside sales experience. A degree is not required. A typical day might involve 1-2 hours on the phone to set appointments, followed by meetings and demos the rest of the day. They would like for you to meet 1-2 customers per day. Territories are protected by zip code. Base salary is 20-25; should make 45-60 first year average 1st yr compensation is roughly 70K. Account Sales have made 100K, so 75 first year is realistic. They provide a laptop, and company car/gas expenses
