Candidate should be a Senior Corporate Technical Recruiter with Experience recruiting technical candidates in the Silicon Valley with both corporate and agency Technical recruiting experience. The Sr Corporate Technical Recruiter will work as a team member. As the Senior Technical Corporate recruiter of the Staffing Team, this role requires an experienced staffing professional who will be responsible for the complete life cycle of recruiting from sourcing to execution of offers.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with hiring managers to develop hiring plans to meet technical staffing needs Identify potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging group research, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline Call, screen and sell prospective candidates on taking the first step toward discovering the careers the company has to offer the Industry's top talent Manage recruiting initiatives from the beginning to the end of the hiring cycle including successfully pre and post closing candidates on opportunities - Reporting on recruitment activities from our applicant tracking system, Business Objects and excel based reports
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS degree (EE, CS or technical degree preferred) Experience recruiting from high tech firms located in Silicon Valley etc 4 to 7 years of related work experience in a search firm or in-house recruiting/sourcing 4+ years of experience in internet sourcing and cold calling Strong technical recruiting background; Silicon Valley Technical experience Experienced in the IT recruiting industry in the Silicon Valley and is well connected in the area Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and communication skills required Must have strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft products Ideal candidates will have knowledge and interest in technology, and energy industries and trends Ability to interface and present to senior management Assertiveness and ability to solve problems (identify recruiting agencies, temp labor, understand AAP laws, etc.)
