Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support consultant for an opportunity with our client in Ann Arbor,MI for a contract to hire opportunity.
Technical Support Analyst - supports hosted systems through monitoring and troubleshooting.

The technical support analyst will be responsible for monitoring hosted systems in the Data Center. This includes managing the online monitoring environment, responding to alerts, performing initial triage of incidents, creating cases for Tier II resolvers, and communicating incidents to internal business partners.

Experience Level:
3 Years

Requirements:
IT Background Required 3 Years
Data Center Experience Nice to have 2 Years
Windows Experience Desired 2 Years
Unix Experience Desired 2 Years
System Monitoring Tools Desired 2 Years

Location:
Ann Arbor MI

Duration:
Contract to Direct

Pay Rate:
Negotiable
