Perform as a software developer with the responsibility to build and maintain an application built on Web Technologies used to support marketing efforts for company alumni. Application will be built in a Unix environment using Java and Oracle. Integrate application to support the transfer of data via web services between legacy HR application and the external web site. This position is located in Mclean, VA.

Experience Level:
5+ Years

Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:

4 + years of expereince with Web application development in Java.

Experience with databases and SQL using Oracle.

Expereince deploying applications on UNIX based systems.

Experience writing SOAP based provider and consumer web services.

Familiar with application server concepts such as how servlets work and the basics of the HTTP protocol.

Familiarity with WebLogic or Axis for web services is a plus.
