Job Description: Business Analyst- Entitlements and Authentications.
? Primary Focus will be AEE GAPS. ? Assist with Corporate Integration projects for AEE components ? Maintain and support the AEE applications and processes. ? Perform requirements gathering, light project management, and testing based on requirements ? This position will have accountability over multiple projects and smaller initiatives through multiple Releases. ? Must balance resources to support and monitor production system as well as work on new initiatives ? Ensures design and implementation efforts meet PMO guidelines and Architecture guidelines. ? Engages in project / program activities at a level of detail to understand and assist in issue resolution of technical and architectural issues. ? Proactively communicates progress and issues to management at any level. ? Work with key business partners to evolve capabilities within the core components, balanced with technical needs for stability and performance.

Requirements: Required Skillset:
Strong understanding of project development methodologies and the methodologies accepted by the company.
? Strong organizational, presentation and communication (oral and written). ? Excellent proven analytical, leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills. ? Superior abilities to effectively negotiate and facilitate problem resolution. ? Demonstrated experience in working with and overseeing integration partners and developers. ? Comprehensive knowledge in applying and adapting change management and systems methodologies. ? Able to interact with all levels of executives and employees, both technical and business, junior and senior. ? Technical competence must be sufficient to earn respect of technical team members. ? Experience with web applications and web services helpful. ? Involvement in full project lifecycle and delivery in a complex architecture helpful. ? Minimum of 2 - 5 years experience as a BA or project manager in the financial services industry. ? Must be familiar with business requirement document, use cases, testing process. ? Securities experience a plus. ? Experience with testing tools, such as Quality Center ? Oracle/SQL skills helpful.
