Job Description:
The Business Analyst will be expected to do the following:
* Analyze and design business processes.
* Develop application requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the business community.
* Develop test conditions and expected results based on the application requirements.
* Review project deliverables for completeness and quality and compliance with established project standards.

Responsibilities (Deliverables):
The Business Analyst will be responsible for the following:
* Producing functional specification
* Developing Use Cases
* Documenting Issues and Risks

Required Skillset:
The Business Analyst must possess the following skills:
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Ability to identify, clarify and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed.
* Experience in development of use cases.
* Experience with MS-Office tools including Visio

Business Knowledge Needed:
Working experience in a financial institution/brokerage environment.

Experience Level:
5+ Years

Requirements:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for the following:
