Job Description:
Web services Developer - Load Performance Testing experience is MUST.
o Developing Web Services with SOAP / Axis (or similar SOAP stack such as WebSphere
o Wily Introscope ? especially configuring for monitoring performance.
o WebLogic App Server ? especially configuring to maximize performance
o WorkManager interface (or similar parallel processing framework).
o Hibernate , Silk and and JSP is desirable.

Requirements:
* We expect the candidate to respond to the results of the testing, not create the actual tests. In addition to software development expertise, the successful candidate will have proven experience setting up and configuring Wily Introscope and experience configuring WebLogic to maximize performance.
* The candidate must be VERY knowledgeable and have in-depth and hands on experience that covers multiple years, multiple projects using all the following technologies: . Wily - especially configuring for use in monitoring performance of Web Services. . Java/J2EE .
* Developing Web Services with SOAP / Axis . WebLogic App Server, and especially configurations that may impact performance. . Hibernate . SQL The candidate must have some knowledge AND experience with the following technologies . Spring dependency injection . Subversion . JUnit . Ant . MavenContinuous Integration framework/product (e.g. CruiseControl, Hudson) . Linux/Unix (e.g. basic commands, configuring and installing packages like python, apache, etc.) . Jmock or similar testing framework . AOP / Spring AOP . WorkManager interface (or similar parallel processing framework) Communication and collaboration skills are critically important. In addition to the skills called out above, the areas of expertise listed below are needed to be a contributing member of our highly collaborative teams.
