Job Description: ERP Skills - Oracle v11i or higher for Production Support and Development work.
Only consider applicants with 7+ years US soil exp who specialize in either HR and/or Payroll. This is a client interfacing role and communication skills, both verbal and written, should be tip top.
-A Functional/Technical (50/50) Senior level person in HR or Payroll. Prefer implementation and sustain knowledge.
-Ability to capture customize requirements and translate these into design requirements for a technical support team. Configure the Oracle HR, Benefits and/or Payroll modules, according to client specifications.
-Must have the ability to develop test plans & test cases with the client, and lead testing efforts with the client to validate these customizations and configuration changes.
-This is a client facing role, preferably on site with the client. Strong demonstrated client facing skills, project management skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams both on and off-shore. Long term, prefer contract to hire.
