Reference Number: ICMDeveloper Job Description: ICM developer Knowledge and experience in ICM (Intelligent Call Manager) programming and production support. Significant experience in routing, queues, adding PG's and management of them. Experience in a TAC environment for production. CTI; designing, developing CTI applications and programming support. Required 5 -7 years experience with SQL, Cisco, Visual Basic, C and C++. Work can be done remotely but person must be an experienced ICM developer Experience Level: 5+ Years Requirements: ICM developer Knowledge and experience in ICM (Intelligent Call Manager) programming and production support.

Location: Endicott NY Duration: 12+ months Pay Rate: DOE
