The expansion of our existing New Membership Sales Dept. will become your steady and profitable sales career.We are seeking exceptionally motivated, polished, sales high-end closers to sell an array of Executive & Entrepreneurial branding products to customers who have responded to our invitation to be part of our Registry and online network.

INSIDE NEW MEMBERSHIP SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Cambridge Who?s Who Publishing receives over 50,000 application each year from potential customers seeking induction into our exclusive network and on-line platform as well as inclusion into our published registry of over 400,000 Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs.
The Inside New Membership Sales Representative is the first line of sale who receive and follow-up on these applications; they play a major role in the success of Cambridge, by selling these warm-lead responses, memberships.
Our goal is to provide each of these new representatives with the necessary skills to not
only reach their most aggressive income goals, but also a defined
career path with limitless potential with a stable company.

These inside sales representatives will receive daily, contacts who have responded to our mailings, ready to purchase a membership. It is job of these inside reps to make them aware of the different levels of memberships and sell them one by phone; therefore making it a one-sale-phone-close. These Reps will build their own businesses and assess their client?s needs, by determining which personalized products, media and services to sell them; in addition, a member who is up-sold by another dept.; will kick back to the originating New Membership Rep a %age of that sale, if they continue to remain employed by Cambridge Who?s Who.

Paid Training
Once you complete our paid training program, you will be prepared to follow up potential member application requests. These requests will be given to you on a daily basis, where you will sell a membership chosen by the customer and assist them in creating a biographical profile through a comprehensive telephone interview. This profile is an integral step in preparing this new member the ability to market and brand themselves or their company to other members in our exclusive network. Also staffed at our location, we have a large Editorial, Proofreading, Print Production and Fulfillment Dept.
We continue to lead this type of Personal Branding Industry for over 13 years, principally because of the people we hire and due to the new and exciting products added annually. Our Mission is to captivate our member?s exclusivity and provide customer satisfaction through continuing up-sales of these new and innovative products.

Attributes of a successful Inside Sales Representative should include:
* Prior experience in sales, customer service or a position with client contact
* Exceptional phone ear assessment to present & perform a One-Call-Close
* Disciplined work ethic
* Excellent Verbal and Communication Skills
* Willingness to be coached and trained
* Self motivated - ambitious
* Superb phone articulation

* Base salary + a generous commission structure with first year income of 50k+

*All applications/leads are provided by Cambridge on a daily basis through our Computer Console. There is absolutely no cold calling in this position

* Steady hours: 9AM-5:30PM Monday thru Thursday and 9AM-5PM on Fridays..
