Job Description: Must be fluent in German and English!
A large e-commerce division of a Fenton corporation is seeking a German/English bilingual Customer Care Representative to fill an immediate opening. This position pays $14-$17/hour for the right candidate. The shift is 2:00 am - 11:00 am Monday through Friday.
The job duties include:
* Manage incoming customer calls * Provide friendly and knowledgeable service * Troubleshoot orders and shipping complications * Process on-line orders * Provide timely follow-ups with customers regarding their order status * Respond to customer inquiries via email
The right candidate for this position must:
* Have a Bachelor's Degree * Be fluent in German and English * Have a stable work history * Possess excellent customer service skills * Have a professional phone demeanor * Possess intermediate to Advanced computer skills including Internet navigation, database navigation * Have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel * Have strong written and verbal communication skills * Be able to multi-task * Be able to prioritize workload and work autonomously * Have a high degree of self-motivation and initiative
