Reference Number: 50190 Job Description: Digital copy specialist with MS Office skills Company in West Bottoms area needs a long term temporary to work in a mail/copy center. Will sort and scan materials for printed docs in digital format. Will retrieve print jobs from a network drive to order originals to meet job cover sheet. Need good time mgt skills to meet deadlines, plus schedule carrier service. Must be able to work with customers to clarify instructions as needed. Need good communication skills with customers and proficiency in Word and basic excel skills for Data entry along with 1 yr customer service experience. Must also be able to lift 50 lbs regularly. Thorough background check and drug screening required. Hrs are 8-430. Location requires reliable transportation. Pays is $11.50/hr. Long term temp for at least a year.
