Reference Number: 51843 Job Description: Independence Company in need of C/S Rep. A huge company in the Independence/Blue Springs area is in need of a Customer Service Representative. This position requires somebody that has plenty of customer service experience and good long "continuous" work history. The responsibilities and duties of this position would be doing outbound calls, confirming appointments, and speaking with current customers. There is not sales involved whatsoever in this position. Other qualifications for this position include having good phone skills, C/S skills, and knowledge of computer skills. The hours of this position are Monday through Friday, 11:00am to 8:00pm. This position does start out temporary but could go permanent for the right person.
