Top Notch Call Center/Sales Agent
Our client is looking for top notch customer service representatives for their inbound call center in Torrance. Ideal candidates will be comfortable and have experience in taking sales orders over the phone and then "thinking ahead of the curve" to up sell based on what the customer has ordered in the past. Excellent computer skills in typing, and MS Excel are a must as well as good grammar - a degree in Journalism/Linguistics and/or previous editorial/writing experience are a major plus. Must also have great organizational and time management skills.
Candidates MUST pass a credit and background check to interview for position. Please do not apply if this could be an issue for you.
This is a temp to hire position. It is a full time or part time position. Applicants must be able to work anytime between 6am and 6pm. The starting pay is $12 per hour. Benefits and paid vacation time begins to accrue once candidates are hired as employees after probationary period.
