Job Description:
ACCOUNTANT
A reputable company in Guatemala is expanding to the US in need of a general country accountant to work out of their corporate office in Houston, TX. This individual MUST have stable work history with 5+yrs experience as an accountant (Bilingual Spanish/English) with great organizational skills, attention to detail and initiative to take control of issues. Please note, resumes submitted with out these requirements will not be considered.
POSITION WILL PAY $36-42K ONLY
Must be familiar with:
* Bank Transactions
* General Ledger
* Journal entries
* Accounts payable
* Accounts receivable
* Labor Laws
* Petty cash
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate finance budget for each location throughout the US
* Projections of annual fiscal year
* Coordinate and supervise all the financial operations and administrations in the US and help support the Human Resource department in specific areas
* Make client bank transactions
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable
* Communicate effectively with employees and shipping departments
* Must manage account for each location in the US
REQUIREMENTS:
* BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH
* MUST HAVE 5+yrs EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING/BOOKKEEPING
* Must be familiar with Outlook and Power Point
* Microsoft Excel/Word and NetBanking
