Reference Number: 2364 Job Description: Desktop Support Analyst II (Contractor) is needed to support an active helpdesk. Requirements: 3-5 years of Helpdesk or Deskside support experience Must be flexible; will need to support Europe Must be willing to work a 4:00AM rolling shift Must have strong customer service and communication skills Strong oral and written communication skills Must be proficient with: Active Directory, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook Troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware break/fix issues. Experience with Altiris and Siebel are a plus Experience Level: Unspecified Requirements:
