Reference Number: 5433 Job Description: Provide MAXIMO Technical Support, which includes: 1. Running daily database integrity reports to identify entries that do not meet established business rules 2. Correcting, or causing to be corrected, entries that do not meet business rules. 3. Analyzing MAXIMO database to determine various trends as requested by PBMO Managers 4. Assist in verifying PM program in MAXIMO 5. Assist in developing a symptom-cause-fix database for Maximo 6. Creating DD-250(s) in Adobe Acrobat (Can?t create a DD250 in MAXIMO, only Adobe Acrobat) 50 7. Creating Projects in MAXIMO 8. Creating Work Orders in MAXIMO 9. Creating Purchase Requisition(s) in Maximo 10. Running Required Reports using Maximo 11. Creating Purchase Orders in Maximo 12. Create 1262(s) and Purchase Orders in MAXIMO 13. Receiving and Closing Purchase Orders in MAXIMO 14. Create Reports, charts and graphs in Crystal Reports software of information from MAXIMO 15. Create Metrics using Crystal Reports of information from MAXIMO 16. Analyze Metrics to determine areas that need improvement at the Pentagon Building Management Office. 17. Participate as member of the MAXIMO Core Team to represent the needs of the PBMO. 18. Participate in testing to upgrade MAXIMO software to ensure the needs of the PBMO are met with the new software. 19. Train new and current PBMO employees and contractors on MAXIMO 20. Troubleshoot problems with MAXIMO 21. Work with MAXIMO Systems Administrator and ETS MAXIMO Project Manager to ensure MAXIMO is working properly. 22. Maintain paper files of PM and Job Plan information. Experience Level: Unspecified Requirements: Experience with the following software: MAXIMO Crystal Reports Adobe Acrobat
