Job Description:
Major Duties:
The work requires analytical ability, judgment, discretion, and knowledge of a substantial body of administrative or program principles, concepts, policies and objectives.
Serves as analyst and advisor to management on the evaluation of the effectiveness of Alterations Work Group programs and operations or the productivity and efficiency of the management of Alterations Work Group.
Serves as AWG Analyst POC for Human Resources preparing and tracking employment recruitment packages for management.
Serves as analyst to Budget Manager which requires understanding of basic budgetary and financial management principles and techniques as they relate to long range planning of program objectives.
o Receive RPW and assign AWG Project Numbers in MAXIMO
o Maintain, Log and Track all funding documents through the life cycle of the document
o Run MAXIMO/Crystal Reports
o Prepare Monthly Offsets
o Run monthly funding reports for agencies
o Prepare de-commitments
o Other budget task as required

The work requires skill in the application of the fact-finding and investigative techniques, oral and written communications, and the development of presentations and reports.
Background in MAXIMO or familiarity with software program in essential.
