Job Description:
To provide world-class service to all inbound callers contacting our business with questions regarding their lease or loan programs. Navigate multiple personal computer, business, e-mail and web applications easily and proficiently while engaged in inbound telephone calls. Calls require analyzing, explaining and answering internal and external customer questions, requests and resolving their product, billing and service concerns efficiently and professionally. Function comfortably in a fast-paced performance-based call center environment where calls are monitored, recorded and assessed for quality of performance. Collect past due accounts when applicable. Refer sales leads when applicable. Meet/exceed customer requirements in addition to department goals and service standards.
Excellent, professional phone and communication skills - interpersonal, verbal, and written with the goal of influencing outcomes. Open, cooperative, positive and team oriented attitude- must be able to build positive, productive relationships with customers and team members. Excellent listening, trouble shooting and problem solving and analytical skills with ability to remove emotion from situations and resolve conflict Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking. Self-starter/Ability to work independently. Meet deadlines and established goals as an individual while also contributing to team goals. Ability to work with computerized systems and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and web applications. Excellent typing/keyboarding skills. Ability to sit for extended periods of time High school diploma or GED: Basic reading, math, spelling and grammar skills.
Previous experience in the customer service industry Previous experience in a leasing, financial services, or call center environment Experience with other Microsoft applications such as Access & PowerPoint 2-year college degree
