Job Description:
My client on Long Island is looking to Source 2 Project Managers for the Following Projects:
1) Equities Administration- Hosted SaaS Implementation
2) Meeting Room Manager/Workforce Mobility Manager Implementation
Here is the PM description. For Equity Administration we would want some finance knowledge. Clarity knowledge.
The GIS Project Manager is responsible for the overall project approach, resources, responsibilities, and schedule; ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and with acceptable quality. The GIS Project Manager also plays a primary role interfacing and coordinating and communicating with customers, team members and management.
? Define team member roles and expectations, and ensure timely feedback.
? Ensure that project resources receive any necessary training and are used effectively.
? Review, and be responsible for, the overall development and integration of requirements.
? Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations. Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks. Make adjustments as necessary.
? Define the project iterations strategy. Manage and evaluate iterations.
? With other leads, develop, implement, and maintain the Project Plan
? Ensure that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all affected team members.
? Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
? Review and manage all changes to the requirements through a formally defined scope change process.
