Job Description:
MAJOR MEDICAL INSURANCE CO.IN GARDEN CITY SEEKS EXP'D CUST. SERVICE REPS. TO HANDLE BUSY PHONES. PREFER CALL CENTER EXPER. WILL BE USING A HEADSET.
HIGH CALL VOLUME- USUALLY 70-80 CALLS A DAY.
HOURS ARE MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 8:30AM TO 5:30PM.

Requirements:
MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE VARIOUS TYPES OF PHONE CALLS.
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED.
UPDATED RESUME A MUST WITH CHECKABLE FERERENCES.

PERMANENT SALARY IS UP TO 32K, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE-
PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFITS.
