Job Description: SALES / ACCOUNT MANAGERS
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsibilities include sales to Clients in the contract employment industry by obtaining and qualifying contract requirements for engineering personnel
2. Follow up on sales leads generated by recruiters, qualify prospects for new business opportunities; using creative resources to gain new customers.
3. Drive new client development and uncover new opportunities within our existing account base. 4. Communicate information with management and team members.
5. , Manage account fulfillment and handle final rate negotiations..
MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum 2 years Sales experience in the Staffing Industry 2. Detail oriented and ability to multi-task 3. Must be able to lead and direct others in order for proper recruitment 4. Self Motivated and able to work unsupervised
