Reference Number: 12345 Job Description: Account Manager Responsibilities include inside and outside sales in the contract technical personnel placement industry. Daily activities include cold, warm and hot calling as well as client entertainment. Drive new client development and maintain existing client base. Repeat business is a key internal metric. Specific market focus includes CAD, IT, Engineering and Manufacturing segments. Obtain and qualify contract requirements for engineering personnel. Conduct reference checks on potential contractors. Follow up on sales leads generated by recruiters. Generate sales leads from contractors, clients and by creative means. Negotiate contractor mark-ups and pay rates generating profitably. In conjunction with the Sales Manager develop a strategy for long-term growth. Update internal contact management and resume search database. Solve outstanding receivables issues. Experience Level: 3 Years Requirements: 1) Four Plus Years College Degree 2) Three Plus Years Experience in Sales 3) Strong Communication Skills 4) Detailed Orientated 5) Demonstrates Successful Sales History
