Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing services and support to customers. Ensure customer stakeholders? instrumentation and control projects and initiatives are successful. Establish and maintain electronic records database for instruments and valves as precision maintenance tasks are completed. Assist sites in identifying and prioritizing critical operation loops including instrumentation, valves, tuning and alarming. Coordinate with necessary resources to remediate issues found with critical operation loops such as device repair, replacement, maintenance and proper design verification. Troubleshoot and correct installation issues. Loop Tuning, Performance Monitoring, Alarm Management and Document Verification.
BACKGROUND:
-Project Management including scheduling, coordinating resources, working with stakeholders to meet requirements on time and within budgets.
-Industrial process control: Electrical and instrumentation, Control Engineering, Tuning and Alarming, asset management software, ERP software
-Experience in paper mill or similar processes environment
-BS in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred, will consider Associates Degree in Process Instrumentation, Controls or equivalent work experience.
