Job Description:
Principal Responsibilities may include:
- Ensuring compliance with internal and customer-imposed quality control standards.
- Troubleshooting technical and engineering problems which affect quality.
- Participate in company in-house audit program.
- Operating from established procedures but, on occasion, may determine new practices and procedures with manager approval.

-This individual will be working directly with the President and the Engineering department to insure quality standards.
- Review/Approve company Manufacturing/Engineering procedures.
- Review/Approve/Prepare written company Quality Assurance procedures.
- Assist Sales with customer-related issues.
- Assist in product failure analysis/improvement.

Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience required

-Experience with ISO Standards

- Computer literacy, SPC knowledge.
- Organizational, analytical, planning and supervisory skills.
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and customers.
- Effective communication and technical writing skills.
