Job Description:
Using web based tools to look up part receipt information, using mainframe to look up part claim information, reading & using various reports to gain information on part receipts, processing customer bill backs, may require responding to bill back challenges, communicating with customers both internally & externally at various levels (phone & email).

Keys; HS Diploma or GED, prefer a 2 yr degree.

Several years work experience in warranty &/customer service center environment. Warranty experience is preferred, but customer service experience would be beneficial. Experience dealing with escalated calls. Need to have MS Office skills-Excel (must be able to understand and write formulas - some complex, create pivot tables, use vlookups, etc), Crystal reporting (use of queries for reporting) familiarity would be beneficial, mainframe, must have excellent PC skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
