Reference Number: 455393pw Job Description: JOB SUMMARY: Distribution Manager to monitor progress of individuals toward department goals, costs of projects and human and material resources. Monitor external environment in area of technical/professional responsibility. Monitor document, policy and procedure compliance with regulations by ensuring that all required documentation is complete, that correct revisions are in use, that policies and procedures are adhered to and that all necessary records are maintained and controlled according to validated procedures. Review reports and literature to monitor indicators to improve products and services. Interact with internal and external customers. Develop recommendations and identify opportunities for area of responsibility. Allocate resources and develop strategies to assure that resources are available to reach goals. Evaluate incoming requests, work orders, etc. for relevant considerations. REQUIRED BACKGROUND: Bachelor?s degree and 6+ years related experience. Advanced degree preferred.
