Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Contribute to the Verification Testing Process. Support and develop test traceability from various requirement specs using DOORS, MS Word and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Support and develop various test process metrics using Microsoft Excel and defect tracking tools. Support and develop Work and Tester Instructions. Support and develop training curricula for new hires and conduct and coordinate training.

BACKGROUND REQUIRED:
Bachelor?s Degree, graduate degree is desired
5+ years industry experience
Eccellent written, oral and facilitation skills
MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Acrobat Reader and MS Access is desired
Process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, CMMi, etc.
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt /Lean Sigma Certifications desired
