Job Description:
Our client is hiring a production supervisor on swing shift basis, to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies. Will supervise 7-10 production line employees in a high speed continuous process manufacturing line. Will
train, supervise and manage the production process including meeting
quality standards, and production schedules. Hiring will be done quickly. This is a smoke free environment. All plant facilities are in top condition, and this is a smaller international company that has very good employment standards and tenure.

Experience Level:
3 Years

Requirements:
On the job experience in high speed continuous process manufacturing.
Must be familiar with MS Office.
Must be proficient in written and oral communication skills.
Ability to write production reports.
Supervisory experience in a production environment.
College background a plus.

Duration:
Direct Placement

Pay Rate:
45,000 to 50,000
