Responsibilities: ?Daily outbound prospecting and follow-up recruitment calls ?Source and qualify potential consultants within our niche areas of specialization utilizing the Internet or any other creative means available ?Isolate top notch consultants for open contract positions, pitch potential candidates on open jobs, negotiate hourly rates ?Interface with Business development Managers to coordinate submittals of candidate resumes on specific contract and project opportunities ?Drive and manage the placement process with candidates ?Maintain, expand and strengthen relationships with existing contractors on billing ?Utilize internal database tool effectively, document your activities
Education: ?Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business, Liberal Arts, or Sciences.
