Top International Advertising Agency seeks entry level College Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Communications or Business or related field ie Journalism or PR to assist the the Team.

The Social Media & Corporate Communications Associate will support the Communications department to run day-to-day components of the Company?s social media and internal communications programs on a company-wide, global basis. The Associate must have social media experience and superior writing skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong desire to further their career in communications with a focus on social media and internal communications. Prior internship experience with a corporation or communications/PR firm is required.

Social Media
• Social media daily management of global corporate accounts (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Create original, engaging content for corporate social media accounts
• Organize and maintain a weekly social media content pipeline
• Schedule and manage all social media content
• Listen to our social media audiences and engage with key followers to extend reach and increase brand awareness
• Monitor and respond to all inbound messages from our followers
• Monitor daily news for real-time posting of key industry events
• Support Corporate Communications department to develop social media program collateral
• Propose and execute on social media campaigns and promotions
• Manage the social media Intranet page
• Monitor social media metrics on a monthly basis
• Develop monthly social media reports for management
• Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure social media activities help to support their respective businesses and events
• Implement new programs for engaging FTI Consulting employees on social media
• Serve as the point of contact for all social media inquiries from employees within the Company
• Contribute to the development of department?s social media strategy, guidelines and templates
• Continually research the social media landscape and trends to ensure best practices are followed
• Advise on how to implement best practices and expand to other social channels

Internal Communications:
• Liaison with Marketing for internal communications design
• Schedule and create monthly presentations on best practices for our intranet
• Serve as the point of contact for inquiries regarding our intranet
• Draft original content for the firm?s internal communications newsletter
• Assist the Corporate Communications department in the development of the internal communications newsletter
• Assist with company newsletter
• Assist with drafting marketing related communications
• Liaison with marketing to help draft communications and collateral
• Liaison with human resources to help draft communications and collateral
• Draft functional communications collateral (e.g., IT, legal, infrastructure)
• Assist in the coordination of company events
• Assist in the development of company event communications and collateral
• Assist with drafting, editing and proofreading any/all internal communications

• Bachelor?s Degree
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Facebook,LinkedIn
• Prior internship corporate and/or work experience
