Job Description:
Accept inbound calls from program members who have questions or concerns regarding their account. CSR is also responsible for making changes to services and/or making cancellations.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative- bilingual in English AND Italian. Candidate MUST be fluent (meaning you must read, write and speak Italian and English) in both languages.

Experience Level:
1 Year

Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment.

Candidate MUST be fluent in both English and Italian (read, write and speak)
