Job Description:
Our Client is publicly-traded corporation based in Santa Ana, California.
Project Description:
Under minimal supervision analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyzes and documents Human Resource and Payroll business functions.
Consults with business unit management and personnel to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and security requirements.
Provides technical knowledge and assistance to business unit in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures.
Writes and maintains functional specifications for new or modified business systems, which will then be used to develop technical specification.
Confers and coordinates with programmers and other technical personnel to design and develop automated business systems.
Develops, coordinates, and implements plans to test business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance testing.
Direct and coordinates work of others to develop, test, install, and modify programs.
Tracks and documents changes to functional and business specifications.

Requirements:
Tools/Technologies/Experience/Skills:
Minimum 7 years of related experience with PeopleSoft 8.9: (Required).
Experience with PeopleSoft HR Benefits and Payroll implementations in a business analyst capacity: (Required).
Experience with creating Visio diagrams: (Required).
EDUCATION :
Bachelor's degree (BA or B.S.) from a four-year college or university in business administration, business management or related field.
