Job Description: Our Client is a very reputed fast food multi Cuisine Chain of restaurants.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analysis, development, implementation, ongoing maintenance and support of software related to the company's core ERP systems. Leads a team of functional analysts focused in specific business aspects of the company. Working within the ERP application as well as legacy programmers creating transitional interface programs during an ERP implementation. Manage the in-house and external resources related to the design, implementation, maintenance and support of JDE and Legacy ERP modules. Maintain effective communication with all functional business areas to ensure that their information system?s needs are met. Develops and implements appropriate personal objectives that support each fiscal year's departmental area objectives. Monitor PMO activities planning, change control, resource and cost management. Assist VP of Systems and Programming with respect to recommendations for hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, performance appraisals, training and development. Through guidance, helps IT personnel to grow in their position, develop their skills and future potential and maintain a high level of knowledge in computer technology. Work directly with IT management to assure departmental goals are being met.
Experience Level: 5+ Years
Requirements: Tools/Technologies/Skills/Experience:
10+ years of ERP application implementation or custom development experience: (Required). 10+ years of IT management experience including experience with managing large groups and multiple silos simultaneously: (Required). 5+ years of experience with JDEdwards and Supply Chain software, including experience leading supply chain business process efforts in a JDE implementation: (Required). Experience with systems roll-outs, business process re-engineering, facilitating change management, managing systems interface development, conducting user training and providing on-going systems support: (Required). Experience in evaluating, negotiating and managing systems integrators, software vendors and contractors: (Required). Experience with supply chain, order to cash, purchase to pay, manufacturing and financial processes: (Required). Experience in Consumer Products industry: (preferred).
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
