Reference Number: 114398 Job Description: Duties and Responsibilities: Work directly with executives to design, build, and deploy their enterprise wide CRM system. Lead multiple projects and define system requirements objectives based on user industry needs, including documentation of such. Assist in product implementation roll out, facilitate training or working sessions with business units and work closely with development team. Experience Level: 5+ Years Requirements: Tools/Technologies/Skills/Experience: 5 years of experience working with CRM products and solutions: (Required). 4+years of experience with ERP: (Required). 1 year of experience with MS Dynamics: (Required).
